Waiver
of Liability

As a condition for being permitted by Northern Aviation Service Co., Ltd. (Owner and Operator of Chiang Mai-Lanna Airport VTCM, hereinafter collectively referred to as "NAS") to use Lanna Airport, it's facilities and property (hereinafter collectively referred to as "VTCM"), Pilots and Passengers of visiting Aircraft must understand and accept the following Waiver of Liability. Pilots in Command of visiting Aircraft have the obligation to inform their passengers accordingly.

Waiver of Liability

Lanna Airport is a privately owned Airport. Visiting aircraft, their crew and passengers use VTCM at their own risk. It is the sole responsibility of the pilot in command of a visiting aircraft to ascertain that the runway, taxiways, apron, hangar and other facilities at VTCM are safe to use for their aircraft and passengers. NAS, their related or affiliated entities, officers, persons or employees, contractors or agents can not be held responsible for any injury, damage or any other liability of any nature to visiting aircraft, crew, passengers, their property and cargo as a result from negligence or any other acts of NAS, their related or affiliated entities, officers, persons or employees, contractors or agents.

The pilot in command of a visiting aircraft must also read and accept the "Regulations for Use of Airfield VTCM" The pilot in command of a visiting aircraft is responsible that his crew, passengers and visitors comply with the regulations.
